Now we are looking for an experienced affiliate team lead who is ready to lead our team and further develop relations with partners around the world. The main thing we expect from you: from 1 year of experience in a similar position (vertical Nutra) and general experience in affiliate marketing from 3 years; English language at level B2 or higher; knowledge and experience of working with basic metrics (CTR, CR, ROI, EPC) and types of monetization (RevShare, CPA, CPL, flat, hybrid); skills work with large amounts of information, systematize, analyze data and process it; the ability to build and optimize affiliate processes, conduct effective negotiations and establish business relationships. What are your future tasks: develop and implement strategies for the affiliate team; coordinate the work of the affiliate team, monitor the fulfillment of general and personal KPIs; work with top partners, engage in their support, maintenance, monitor activity; participate in international conferences, prepare for the participation of our PP; submit reports on the work of the department.
