Expectations from you:

• Experience in a similar position 2+ years
• Experience in affiliate marketing (CPA, CPL, RevShare, Hybrid)
• Understanding of funnel construction and evaluation
• Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics to analyze traffic performance
• Team management experience
• Ability to draw up, analyze and optimize budgets
• Analytical approach and expertise in marketing
• Understanding of working with localization

Responsibilities that await you:

• Development and implementation of traffic attraction strategies
• Management of partner programs
• Construction of KPI and process optimization
• Coordination of team work
• Work with Revshare, Hybrid, CPA, partner network development
• Monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of partner programs
• Planning, control and support of marketing campaigns
• Cooperation with other departments

Will be a plus:

• Experience with BI analytical systems (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase)
• Availability of own affiliate base
• Participation in international conferences

Working conditions:

• Work schedule 9:00-18:00 /10:00-19:00 (8-hour working day + 1 hour lunch)
