Affiliate Team Lead in SpeedlineHub

Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Born in 2014, they rocked the CIS region, and now take the success to the world.

We are seeking an Affiliate Team Lead to join their team within the partnership program department. You’ll have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team, drive affiliate marketing strategy, and foster partnerships to fuel their growth.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing partners, aiming to maximize their potential.

- Ensure our strategies are up-to-date with the latest trends.

- Guide and support a team of affiliate marketing professionals, encouraging excellence and teamwork.

- Study data closely to understand how effective our campaigns are, find areas to improve, and make decisions based on data.

- Produce clear and helpful reports for stakeholders, demonstrating the performance of our affiliate marketing and proposing improvements.

- Work with different teams to come up with plans for making our partners’ efforts more successful, helping both sides grow.

Requirements:

- 1+ years of successful track record in a similar role, with proficiency in affiliate marketing strategies and partner management.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Basic experience in SEO, PPC, ASO Traffic. This includes familiarity with industry best practices and techniques for optimizing traffic sources.

- Experience attending international conferences, including working at exhibition stands, effectively representing the company, and engaging with potential partners.
