We are currently looking for an experienced specialist for the position of Affiliate Team Lead, who is ready to lead our team and further develop relations with partners around the world. The main thing we expect from you: from 1 years of experience in a similar position (vertical Nutra) and general experience in affiliate marketing from 3 years; English language at B2 level or higher; knowledge and experience of working with basic metrics (CTR, CR, ROI, EPC) and types of monetization (RevShare , CPA, CPL, flat, hybrid); ability to work with large volumes of information, systematize, analyze data and process it; ability to build and optimize Affiliate processes, conduct effective negotiations and establish business relations. What are your future tasks: develop and implement strategies of the affiliate team; coordinate the work of the affiliate team, monitor the implementation of general and personal KPIs; work with top partners, engage in their support, maintenance, monitor activity; participate in international conferences, prepare our PR for participation; submit reports on the work of the department.
