Affiliate Team Lead in Galaktica

We are a product IT company Galaktica, we are working on our own products. Now we are actively expanding and in connection with this we are looking forHead of Affiliates< /span> with successful product experience with Tier-1 markets.What results we expect from you:

• You will constantly increase the volume of purchasing targeted traffic together with the team;
• Create a cool affiliate program;
• Find new partners;
You will find opportunities to optimize traffic from already working partners;
• You will have a team of 2 specialists, in the future you will expand it;
• Develop a reporting system for managers;
• You will control the accruals and payments to partners;
• Organize attendance at conferences.

What skills and criteria are important to us now:

• Have experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
• You have a pool of partners who can pour large volumes of traffic from: own review sites, Google Ads, Facebook ads, SEO, Email;
• < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Experience of working on CPL, CPC models;
• The level of spoken and written English is not less than Intermediate;
• Experience with Affise, Binom, GA4, GTM;
• Have experience working in the product, or have searched for and developed partners in CPA networks;
• Worked with big budgets;
• You have a clear understanding of how to detect and deal with low-quality traffic.

 Would be an advantage:

• Your partners have their own sites;
• You have experience of negotiating in English and use it freely in communication.
