Affiliate Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing a strategy for attracting affiliates;
Searching for and attracting new partners to participate in the affiliate program;
Negotiating and concluding contracts with affiliates;
Managing and optimizing current affiliate campaigns;
Analyzing campaign effectiveness and developing proposals for improvement;
Supporting and developing relationships with existing partners;
Controlling affiliate payments and maintaining the necessary reporting;
Training and supporting affiliates on platform usage and program participation.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing;
Excellent knowledge of affiliate marketing principles and tools;
Negotiation and deal-closing skills;
Analytical mindset, ability to work with data and conduct campaign effectiveness analysis;
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
Ability to work in a team and make independent decisions.
