Your project: AdConnect . It is a business that specializes in building communication platforms as well as SaaS solutions for traffic management and user retention. Our project portfolio includes: web products in the social discovery niche, advertising network, SaaS solutions for user retention. Our products have an audience of millions of users from different parts of the world - North and South America, Europe, Australia and the list of markets is constantly growing.

I am Adconnect CMO. The name itself suggests that advertising is our passion. As a team, we build complex technology advertising solutions that everyone tries to copy (to no avail). We are a direct advertiser and have several web products in the Dating niche. We are currently looking for an ambitious and systematic Affiliate Marketing Assistant who wants to grow with us, understand Affiliate Marketing and processes, scale purchasing per product and increase the effectiveness of marketing budgets, deciding independently how to spend each advertising dollar.

What will you do:

● Support of existing partners, search for approaches to increase purchase volumes for the product (we are a direct advertiser);
● Work with marketing analytics and decision-making based on a pool of various product metrics per user;
● Working with the anti-fraud system;
● Close communication with monetization and product teams;
● Finding new partners (webmasters) and building long-term relationships.

From you:

● Ability to self-organize and accept challenges;
● Systematic and the ability to make decisions based on data;
● Ability to clearly express and argue one's opinion;
● Love for negotiations and strong communication skills;
● Passion and desire to develop in digital marketing;
● Focus on the result and strong ambitions for success;
● English - Upper-Intermediate and above.

Will be an advantage:

● Experience in affiliate or digital marketing or relevant;
● Experience in sales in Ukrainian or international companies (FMCG, IT, sales, audit, finance, etc.);
● Basic understanding of the Internet advertising market, affiliate marketing/arbitrage;
● Additional knowledge of one or more foreign languages: Spanish, French, Italian, Chinese;
● Marketing courses, seminars, hackathons;
● Educational programs abroad.
