What toexpect ofyour role:You will bepart ofour growing marketing team, which currently consists ofapproximately 40people, including our affiliate team, our SEO team, and our technical team.There are many different tasks and challenges toget excited about! You can becreative with your work, asweare always open tonew ideas infinding and testing new sources.Weare not just looking for ateam member who will work with basic partners (create links, update promotions, and keep track ofthem), weare looking for someone who would beinterested inconstantly testing new products inaffiliate marketing.You will beexpectedto:Develop and expand existing and new affiliates;Fulfill departmental and personal KPIs;Regularly review affiliate performances tomeasure affiliate effectiveness and ensure profitability;Identify and monitor the ROMI;Monitor the affiliate’s marketing spend, and ensure itisinline with agreed budgets;Ensure all affiliate marketing material isup-to-date: campaigns, design, landing pages, bonus offers, links, etc.What you need tosucceed inthis role:Previous experience (ideally 1.5+years) asanAffiliate manager with Polish market iniGaming;Upper-intermediate English orhigher;Strong planning and organizational skills;Strong negotiation, aswell aswritten and verbal communication skills;Ability tounderstand and interpret data tomake informed decisions and drive profitability;Experience with CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and other Affiliate Deals;Good analytics and fraud management skills.About our corporate culture:Asaninternational team, weare motivated bythe freedom todoour best work.
