We, Don't Panic Recruiting Agency, are looking for an Affiliate Manager for our client (Kyiv, office, hybrid).Company Overview:Our client is a software development company.Currently, the company is working on three projects:1) It's a platform for game developers to provide technology for subscription features for games. This is a unique solution that provides a game owner with the ability to have a subscription feature inside the game.2) It's a comprehensive development tool that streamlines coding, automates processes, and offers advanced features for version control, code review, and project management. The tool is used by project managers who help them without any technological knowledge, read, and understand the code and its functions. And it works with AI, so it can analyze the code, derive functionality, review code, identify issues, and provide recommendations on how to improve it.3) It's a blockchain tracker that constantly tracks project chain activity, evaluates its impact on the project, makes decisions, and notifies the project owner.☝️The company belongs to the group of companies with 20 years of experience on the market and averagely cooperates with specialists 4-6 years as minimum.🌎The company has offices in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Israel and Cyprus and cooperates with 40 Ukrainian specialists at the moment.🎯The goal of the company is to expand the team in Kyiv and grow 40+ for the next year.More about the role:The company is looking for a passionate Affiliate Manager to join the team. In this role, you will manage and develop our partnerships while creating new opportunities in the media sphere. 💪Responsibilities:Manage and develop partnerships with existing affiliates and support partners in program management.Communicate with partnership media Ad-network. Attract new affiliates to expand the network. Create and implement strategies to increase traffic and conversions.Monitor affiliate program budgets and evaluate cost-effectiveness.Analyze the effectiveness of affiliates and partnership, including analysis of key indicators and recommendations for further development.Analyze competitors and trends in terms of new creative approaches, propose monetization models, new types of traffic, marketing angles and innovative ways of communicating with partners.👍Requirements:At least 1.5 years of experience in the affiliate marketing field with a special focus on media affiliate marketing.Understanding of principles and tools of affiliate marketing & Media Management.Excellent communication skills for interacting with affiliates and Ad-networks.Desire to improve professional skills in Ad-network marketing.Intermediate English proficiency for team communication.✍️What does the company offer:Hybrid work format with 3 days in the office with flexible working hours. Company covers all the taxes and expenses related to PE support. Finance team fully manages PE for an employee.Working hours: Flexible working hours, office work from 9 in the morning till 9 in the evening, we start between 9 and 11:30 in the morning.Communication: We use Slack, Google Meet and telegram to communicate within the teams and companyMeetings: There are daily/weekly meetings we conduct with teams.
