What you will be doing: Supporting existing partners, finding approaches to increase profits; Processing incoming applications, finding new partners (webmasters) and building long-term relationships; Negotiating with partners and the internal Business Development team to find win-win solutions; Making decisions based on of marketing analytics on partner traffic; Regular trips to thematic conferences in Europe and Asia; About you: Strong communication skills; Structured and logical thinking; Good analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data; Willingness to take responsibility and meet deadlines; Ability to find way out of difficult situations and do not give up; Independence in decision-making. English language — Upper-Intermediate and above. Work experience in the field of digital-marketing from 1 year OR work experience in sales/analytics in leading Ukrainian or international companies (sales, finance , audit, consulting, logistics, finance, etc.); for this position, we consider both people with experience and ambitious sweaters full of desire to break into the most dynamic field of performance marketing.
