As one of the UK's biggest bingo and casino affiliate sites, we rely on our relationships with our partners to sustain player acquisition. We're looking for a motivated Affiliate Manager (focussed on the North and South American markets) to help grow the revenues of our network of sites, including OnlineBingo , MrSpieler & Canadas Casinos , to coincide with the coming introduction of new markets. You will manage relationships with existing partners and lead negotiations with prospective new brands, according to pre-agreed commercial and operational plans. You will also work closely with our development team to improve the functionality and efficiency of our internal business intelligence tools.
Responsibilities
- Liaise and manage relationships with existing partner brands
- Search for and reach out to prospective partner brands in our target markets to drive incremental volumes of bingo and casino FTDs
- Negotiate and renegotiate deals with existing and potential partners
- Track and evaluate performance of partner brands in terms of conversion and relative profitability
- Work with partners to help optimise their user journeys to meet the requirements of agreed deals
- Ensure that our affiliate sites, products and partners meet all regulatory requirements for the countries in which we operate
- Work with the Head of Operations and email strategist to monitor partner ROI and devise the wider acquisition strategy
- Represent Traffic Label at industry networking events in the UK and abroad
- Liaise with design team to create promotional assets for all of our affiliate brands
- Work with our partner brands to ensure landing pages are compliant and optimised for player conversion
- Coordinate with our internal development team to improve the processes and functionalities of our internal business intelligence systems
The Ideal Candidate
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of written and spoken English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical and hands-on knowledge of affiliate platforms and technologies.
- Have at least one year of experience in a marketing/affiliate role.
- Understanding of affiliation and partnerships across either the bingo or casino industries.
- Good affiliation and online marketing knowledge, including the understanding of online gaming affiliate revenue models.
- Commercially astute demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to read, analyse interpret multiple data sources.
