Affiliate manager in the recruiting department in Cimbalyuk A.M., FOP

In connection with the expansion of the company, our recruiting department is looking for an affiliate manager - a person who will deal with the expansion of the candidate pool. We consider candidates both with and without experience in related fields. Responsibilities: development and implementation of strategies for attracting new affiliates and expanding the candidate pool; search and selection of potential affiliates for further cooperation; communication with affiliates, conclusion of partnership agreements and monitoring of their implementation; constant improvement of the affiliate program in accordance with internal needs company. Requirements: High communication and negotiation skills; Analytical thinking and the ability to work with data for decision-making; The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure the achievement of goals on time. Our conditions: Salary for the trial period — 35,000 UAH, for the main period — UAH 45,000; Work schedule: from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., remote work format is not provided for; Our office center is located near the city of Vasylkivsk, literally 10 minutes on foot; comfortable work, provision of equipment, communication, lunches, sweets and shelter.
