Affiliate Manager (IGaming) in People for people

We are currently searching for an experienced Affiliate Manager in the IGaming sphere specifically experienced working with Tier 1 

What you’ll be doing

• Searching for affiliates, negotiating agreements, launching affiliate traffic for our brands
• Тrack traffic volumes from your partners on an ongoing basis 
• Providing support to our affiliates through tools like Telegram, Skype and other sources
• Using software platform Afillka for management on daily basis 
• Managing affiliate housekeeping and maintenance in Notion

This is a unique role that requires organization, a proven track record of growing programs, and out-of-the-box thinking. That, along with a can-do attitude and a willingness to jump on projects without every step defined.

Past experience

• Experience working for e-commerce, or tech company in an affiliate marketing role will be a benefit
• Experience working as an affiliate manager in an 8-figure affiliate program 
• Knowledgeable in key affiliate marketing tools (Afilka / Notion etc.)
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to prioritize and pay attention to details under pressure
• Proficiency in comprehending the technical intricacies of the affiliate's setup, including the configuration of postbacks, would be advantageous

Success in the first three months of this role will be evaluated based on the volume of work (sent emails, messages, number of contacts with partners), the number of onboarded partners, the volume of partners with traffic, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
