What to do:

• Search for new webmasters and traffic sources to build long-term relationships;

• Supporting webmasters at every stage and optimizing cooperation;
• Attend conferences and industry events to represent the company;
• Analyze and optimize traffic quality;
• Negotiate and manage affiliate commission rates to ensure profitability and motivation;
• Report on webmaster performance based on performance.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity;< /li>
• Develop and manage a marketing budget, track costs and ensure cost effectiveness.

What about you:

• 1+ years of proven Affiliate Manager experience in the iGaming industry;
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship building skills;
• Data-driven mindset with the ability analyze and interpret performance indicators;
• Results-oriented with an emphasis on achieving and exceeding set goals;
• Knowledge of key metrics and indicators (CPA, CTR, CPL, CPC, ROI);< /li>
• Knowledge of the basic terms of cooperation (RS, CPA, FIX, HYBRID);
• Own database of Ukrainian webmasters (preferred);
• Passion for closing successful deals;
• The desire to develop and reach new heights.
