What responsibilities will you have?

• search and attraction of new advertisers depending on the requests of technical specialists;
• agreement on individual terms of cooperation and building long-term relations with partners;
• reconciliation, control of payments from advertisers;
• work with links, tracker, postbacks;
• control of key traffic profitability indicators;
• analysis of competitors and the market as a whole.

What do we expect from you?

• at least 1 year of work experience in the field of affiliate marketing;
• understanding of traffic performance metrics (conversion, EPC, LTV, CPA, ROI), as well as different pricing models (CPA, CPL, Rsh, Hybrid);
• familiarity with software - trackers, TDS systems, partner platforms and networks;
• the ability to think analytically, the ability to predict and notice correlations;
• possession of cool communication skills.
