Who we are interested in: From 2 years of experience in a similar position ;knowledge of basic metrics and indicators (CPA, CTR, CPL, CPC, ROI, LTV);Knowledge of the main channels, methods of attracting traffic and payment models;Ability to analyze traffic;Experience of working with webmasters, advertisers, partner programs;Fluency in English language, no lower than Intermediate+; Analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions based on analytical data; Strong communication skills and responsibility. Responsibilities: Finding new partners (webmasters) and building long-term relationships; Supporting existing partners, finding approaches to increase profits with current webmasters ;Assistance in setting up and launching partner links and postbacks;Analysis of indicators of the marketing effectiveness of partner traffic and decision-making based on these indicators;Regular trips to thematic conferences;Close communication with product and financial teams;Participation in the development of processes of the internal CRM system of partner management;Participation in the development/optimization of commission programs and analysis of their effectiveness.
