Affiliate Manager in TruePartners

We are currently on the lookout for a talented individual to join our team as an Affiliate Manager. As an Affiliate Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our partner program.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Identify, recruit, and oversee affiliates (partners) to promote our iGaming crypto brand.
• Execute strategies to attract new affiliates across various communication channels, including websites, social networks, and other online platforms.
• Negotiate deals with potential affiliates and establish mutually beneficial terms of cooperation.
• Maintain effective communication with existing affiliates, providing necessary information and promotional materials for successful casino promotion.
• Support affiliates by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing conflicts.
• Meet monthly performance targets set by the company.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing within the online gambling industry.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English at the B2 level (Upper Intermediate).
• Ability to thrive in high-workload, multitasking environments.
• Desire to continuously develop and enhance affiliate marketing expertise.

Preferred:

• Experience with worldwide (WW) traffic, particularly in tier 1 countries.
• Knowledge of crypto is a plus.
