Affiliate Manager in Growe

Growe is waiting for those who want to:

- Identify potential partners and reactivate inactive ones;< /p>

- Participate in partner marketing events online/offline;

- Monitor partner campaigns and competitor promotions;

- Monitor partner activities and performance, including transaction verification ( risk of fraud, unusual actions);

- Prepare advertising resources for partners, for example, ready-to-use banners, text, screenshots;

- Monitor the activities of partners to ensure that partners comply company policies and brand rules in all online channels;

- Analyze partner promotion performance;

- Inform partners about program and product updates;

- Conduct various marketing activities to promote the affiliate program;

- Initiate new campaign ideas and bonuses for the program;

- Collaborate with the business intelligence department to obtain detailed reports.

We need your professional experience:

- From 2 years of experience in Affiliate marketing or in a similar position;

- Understanding of betting/gambling (will be a plus);

- English language level B2 and above (written and spoken);

- Higher education in economics, finance or mathematics (will be a plus);

- Knowledge of the basics of web analytics;

- Knowledge of traffic sources, payment models (CPA/Revenue Share/Hybrid) and traffic KPI analysis methods (ROI/ROMI/eCPA/ARPU) ;

- Experience in Asian/Latam/African markets (will be a plus);

- Knowledge of Excel/Sheets.
