Main tasks:

• Searching for new partners (webmasters) and building long-term relationships.< /li>
• Supporting existing partners, finding approaches to increase profits with current webmasters.
• Setting up, launching affiliate links and postbacks.
• Analyzing indicators of marketing performance of partner traffic and making decisions based on these indicators.
• Business trips to thematic conferences
• Communication with the product and financial team.
• Participation in the development of internal CRM processes of the partner management system.< /li>
• Participation in the development/optimization of commission programs and analysis of their effectiveness.

It is important for us:

• Work experience from the 1st year in a similar position.
• Knowledge of basic metrics and indicators (CPA, CTR, CPL, CPC, ROI, LTV).
• Knowledge of the main channels, methods of attracting traffic and payment models.
• Ability to analyze traffic.
• Experience of interaction with webmasters, advertisers, affiliate programs.
• Knowledge English language at the Intermediate+ level.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions based on analytical data.
• Strong communication skills and responsibility.
