Affiliate Manager in Softsich

Hello! We are glad to introduce you to Softsich! We are a young company that is rapidly developing in the market and capturing iGaming. We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager who wants to grow with us.

As an Affiliate Manager you will become an important part of our marketing team, you will be responsible for the development and support of productive interaction with partners. Your role will include managing and optimizing affiliate programs to drive traffic, revenue and player engagement for our brands. Interested? Then let's go into more detail 🙂

Areas of responsibility:

- Affiliate Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relations with existing affiliate partners, which will promote cooperation and mutually beneficial partnership.

- Affiliate Recruitment: Identifying and attracting new partners to expand the affiliate network, conduct negotiations and conclude a partnership agreement.

- Performance Monitoring: Monitoring and analysis of partner performance, compliance with agreed KPIs and goals.

- Commission Structuring: Development and agreement of a commission structure that meets business goals and motivates affiliates to provide high-quality traffic.

- Campaign Management: Planning and conducting marketing campaigns to effectively promote our brands.

- Reporting and Analysis: Providing regular reports and performance analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns and identify areas for performance improvement.

- Compliance: Control of affiliate activity according to industry regulations and company policies.

- Budget Management: Effective marketing budget management, ROI maximization and cost control.

- Conferences: Being a part of the Moon Partners team means representing the company at all iGaming events, being aware of industry trends, competitor activity and changes in the niche.

We have a match if you you have:

- 2+ years of experience as Affiliate Manager in TIER 1.

- Deep understanding of online marketing tools, tracking and analysts.

- Advanced English level. Excellent communication skills, negotiation experience.

- Analytical thinking, ability to interpret data and results.

- Willingness to meet or exceed goals and KPIs.

- Experience in managing a team will be a plus.
