Affiliate Manager in Xcommission

Hello!We are a young and ambitious company, part of a large holding that has been successfully creating popular products in the fields of affiliate marketing and IT for more than 1,5 years.We are currently scaling the affiliate network, so we are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager who specializes in finding webmasters and managing them.It is important for us:- Experience of working as an Affiliate Manager / Account Manager for more than 1 year;- Knowledge of all aspects of affiliate marketing: traffic sources, attraction models, metrics for assessing the quality of traffic and its payback;- Knowledge of current bets and products on the market (Tier-1);- Ability to find and maintain contacts;- Ability to negotiate, solve the conflict situations, leaving everyone in a win-win position;- Level of English – B2+.It will be your advantage:- Database of contacts that can be used at a new place of work;- Experience of participating in conferences.The main tasks will be:- Interaction with other departments to build a strategy and promptly resolve issues;- Attracting new partners, daily communication and developing long-term relationships with them;- Regular analysis of statistics and quality, providing the reports and work plans to maintain and increase partners/profits;- Supporting the partners;- Attending conferences.Description of the work process:- Head of Affiliates generates tasks and sets deadlines for them;- Head of Affiliates decomposes, distributes tasks by priority, controls the deadlines for completing tasks;- Affiliate Manager requests feedback on tasks from the Head of Affiliates;- If you have any questions about the task, you can contact the Head of Affiliates.The Affiliate Manager will interact with the design team, marketing, Tech and HR departments.We offer:- Remote work;- Flexibility of processes and minimum bureaucracy;- Opportunity to realize your ideas and improve your skills;- Opportunity to try working with a large number of non-standard and interesting tasks.Job interaction process:1.
