Our new Smartlink project will combine Cpamatica's valuable experience in working with affiliates and advanced traffic management and monetization technologies that we have been actively developing over the past years.

We are looking for an ambitious Affiliate Manager- a for our new Smartlink project from Cpamatica. You will become one of the first managers in this project, which aims to change the market of affiliate marketing forever, giving affiliates the opportunity to monetize each of their clicks as effectively as possible.

Your tasks:

Search for new partners (webmasters), communication, building long-term relationships;

Support of existing partners, search for approaches to increase income with current webmasters;

Working with marketing analytics of partner traffic and making decisions based on these analytics;

Close communication with the Performance team;

Active participation in building the processes of the new department and the internal admin system.

We expect:

Passion for digital marketing or a strong desire to gain knowledge in this field;

1-3 years of work experience in affiliate or digital marketing or relevant sales experience in leading Ukrainian or international companies (sales, FMCG, IT, audit, logistics, finance, etc.);

Strong communication skills;

Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions;

Ability to self-organize and take on challenges;< /p>

Ability to clearly express and argue your point of view;

Focus on the result and strong ambitions for success;

English language — Upper-Intermediate and above.

It is a plus if you have:

Understanding the market of Internet advertising and arbitration;

Additional knowledge of one or more foreign languages: Spanish, French, Italian, Chinese.
