Affiliate Manager in Quarks

Our flagship product Kismia is an international online dating platform available on WEB, iOS and Android. Now we are looking for an experienced specialist for the position of Affiliate Manager to effectively attract users to the offers of our own affiliate program, work with various traffic sources, networks, direct advertisers in order to obtain the best ROI indicators.

You will have the following tasks:

- Development of the direction of direct engagement within the affiliate team

- Search and development of new sources of user engagement

- Launch, analysis, optimization, scaling of advertising campaigns

- Finding and improving effective engagement links

- Interaction with the CRO team to develop and improve engagement funnels

- Interaction with the Creative Team to develop the necessary creative materials

It is important for us:

- Experience with 2+ traffic sources (Push , networks, adult, dsp e.t.c)

- Experience using MMR tools and trackers

- Thorough understanding of basic marketing indicators (CTR, CR, CPA, ROI e.t.c)

p>- Thorough understanding of the principles of user engagement and funnels

- Possession of analytical tools (Tableau, Data Studio will be a plus)

- Analytical approach and friendship with numbers

- Work experience and deep understanding of media buying specialists/teams

- Orientation to results

- English - Upper
