We need an Affiliate Manager who understands the intricacies of Internet marketing, finds a common language with anyone, can attract the best webmasters to the team and become a reliable partner for them. Your tasks: - search for and attract new partners; - maintain partnerships with existing webmasters; - analyze competitors and follow new trends in affiliate marketing; - monitor traffic quality; - participate in thematic online and offline events, expand networking; - resolve technical issues regarding payment with webmasters; - prepare reports. We expect from you: - experience in the position of Affiliate Manager in partner SRA networks or marketing agencies from 1 year; - knowledge of English at upper-intermediate levels and above; - confident mastery of affiliate marketing market terminology; - knowledge of key product metrics; - understanding of traffic sources and fraud detection experience; - strong soft skills to build communication and effective team relationships, understand the needs of webmasters and help them with implementation; - the ability to research partner activities and analyze traffic. - experience in public speaking; - experience in negotiations; - result-oriented; - the ability to achieve and exceed KPIs.
