Affiliate Manager in iTalent PLUS

Our client is seeking an Affiliate Manager to play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic initiatives aimed at driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through affiliate partnerships, in alignment with their company strategies and marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy in alignment with the company's overall marketing objectives.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, ensuring a diverse and high-performing network.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, commission structures, and incentive programs with affiliates and influencers to maximize ROI.
• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and training to affiliates to optimize their performance and conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and creative teams to develop compelling promotional materials and campaigns for affiliates and influencers.
• Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensure all affiliate and influencer marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage the affiliate marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that deliver the highest return on investment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven success in affiliate marketing within the iGaming, eSports, or Gaming industries.
• In-depth knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
• Extensive experience in developing and executing affiliate and influencer marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices related to affiliate and influencer marketing in the iGaming industry.
• Russian Native or Excellent speaker
