Position:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Affiliate Manager with excellent communication skills to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing strategies to drive affiliate success across diverse verticals. Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring open communication and effective collaboration.
• Strategy Development : Create, implement, and optimize affiliate marketing strategies to maximize conversions and revenue.
• Opportunity Identification : Identify new affiliate opportunities and partnerships that align with our business objectives.
• Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders.
• Collaboration : Work closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
• Affiliate Support : Provide timely support to affiliates, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Performance Reviews : Conduct regular performance reviews of affiliate partners, offering constructive feedback and improvement suggestions.
• Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and target audience to tailor effective affiliate strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Digital Marketing Expertise : Strong knowledge of digital marketing with a focus on negotiation and relationship-building.
• Experience : Proven experience in a similar role or in affiliate marketing.
• English Proficiency : Upper-intermediate level of English.
• Technical Proficiency : Competent PC user with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
• Independent & Goal-Oriented : Strong decision-making abilities and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
