• Identify potential partners and reactivate inactive ones;
• Participate in affiliate marketing events online/offline;
• Monitor affiliate campaigns and competitor promotions;
• Monitor the activities and performance of partners, including verification of transactions (risk of fraud, unusual actions);
• Prepare advertising resources for partners, for example, ready-to-use banners, text, screenshots;
• Monitor the activities of partners to ensure that partners comply with company policies and brand rules in all online channels;
• Analyze the performance of promotion of partners;
• Inform partners about program and product updates;
• Conduct various marketing activities to promote the affiliate program;
• Initiate new campaign ideas and program bonuses;
• Collaborate with the business intelligence department to obtain detailed reports.

We need your professional experience:

• From 2 years of experience in Affiliate marketing or in a similar position;
• Understanding of betting/gambling (will be a plus);
• English language level B2 and above (written and spoken);
• Higher economic, financial or mathematical education (will be a plus);
• Knowledge of the basics of web analytics;
• Knowledge of traffic sources, payment models (CPA/Revenue Share/Hybrid) and traffic KPI analysis methods (ROI/ROMI/eCPA/ARPU);
• Experience working in the markets of Asia/Latam/Africa (will be a plus);
• Knowledge of Excel/Sheets.

• Keep affiliates up to date on program and product enhancements;
• Monitor partner activities and performance, including transaction checks (fraud risk, unusual activities);

• Initiate new campaign ideas and bonuses for the program;
• Analyze affiliate promotional performance;
• Cooperate with the business analytics department for detailed reports.

We need your professional experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in Affiliate marketing or a similar role;
• Knowledge of traffic sources, payment models (CPA/Revenue Share/Hybrid) and traffic KPI analysis methods (ROI/ROMI/eCPA/ARPU);
• Experience in Asian/LatAm/African markets (will be a plus);
• Understanding of betting/gambling (will be a plus);
• Higher education in economics, finance, or a mathematical field (will be a plus);
• Knowledge of the basics of web analytics;
• Knowledge of Excel/Sheets;
• Upper intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
