We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the allocated affiliate portfolio in line with the business goals.
- Leverage your network of affiliates as well as recruit new ones.
- Optimize and scale affiliate campaigns, ensuring ROI, in line with the strategy at that time.
- Actively study the competing operators and suggest ways to increase the competitiveness of the affiliate program as well as of the products we are promoting.
- Be very familiar with the products we are promoting and regularly provide user experience reports and improvement suggestions.
- Ensure the compliance of existing and newly recruited affiliates and their campaigns with the various regulations we need to abide by.
- Represent the affiliate program at the various industry events
- Work closely and effectively with the Marketing, CRM, Creative and Development departments to achieve the affiliate program’s objectives.
- Be relatively autonomous, present period progress reports, and take responsibility for your part in reaching the companies objectives.
- Work closely with the Head of Affiliate Marketing to set and adjust objectives, define strategies, approve campaigns and creatives as well as work out challenges.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ Years experience within Affiliation.
- Self-Driven with excellent negotiation skills combined with problem-solving ability;
- Good Analytical skills and understanding of KPIs optimizations
- Fluent in both written and spoken English (knowledge in other languages is considered
- an advantage)
- Proven track record of contributing to customer acquisition growth by managing campaigns across multiple sources, types of traffic and markets;
- Good at building B2B relationships and have a Network of partners within the iGaming sector
- Experience working with affiliate/digital marketing tracking software as well as BI software
- Excellent organizational skills, time management and priority setting.
- Willing to travel, represent the company at Industry events and keep updated on industry trends.
