Affiliate Manager in Galaktica

We are a product IT company Galaktica, working on our own product. Now we are actively scaling up and, in connection with this, we are looking for a Senior Affiliate manager with successful experience in dating with Tier-1 markets.
Our task is for you to reach a budget of at least $200,000. We are most interested in your growth and development.
From the first month, we offer you a guaranteed rate of $1,300 (subject to interview results). Plus, you will have a bonus in the amount of $2,000-$2,500.
Just for the first month of working with us, you will earn from $2,000+. And for the second month, depending on your budget and your results, we will prescribe your KPI together with you.

What results we expect from you:
- You will find new partners among webmasters and CPA networks, most of which will be American and Western European;
- Your main task is to increase the volume of purchasing targeted traffic;
- Analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
- You will constantly monitor the work of all involved partners and improve conversion rates, because you know exactly which source of traffic is worth make the most of your resources;
- You will test new sources of traffic;
- Your task will be to systematize all elements of your work so that you can scale and bring as much traffic as possible.

What skills and criteria are important to us now:
- You have successful experience scaling affiliate traffic in the mainstream dating niche and direct contact with webmasters or network managers;
- You have a pool partners who can pour large volumes of traffic from: their own review sites, Google Ads, Facebook ads, SEO, Email;
—Experience of working with CPL, CPC models; Binom, GA4, GTM;
— You have experience working in a product, or have searched and developed partners in CPA networks;
— Worked with budgets from $100k per month;
— You have a clear understanding how to detect and work with low-quality traffic.

Would be an advantage
- Level of spoken and written English: no less than Upper-Intermediate;
