We are focused on developing high-powered products that help people from all over the world meet and communicate online. We are also working on services for marketing, analytics and moderation.

Our flagship product Kismia is an international online dating platform available on WEB, iOS and Android. We've been helping share thoughts, desires and feelings with technology for more than 10 years. Kismia has 60 million users and is available in 9 languages. All this was made possible thanks to our collaborators - quarks.

We are currently looking for an experienced specialist for the position of Affiliate Manager to effectively attract users to the offers of our own affiliate program, work with various traffic sources, networks, direct advertisers with the aim of obtaining the best ROI indicators .

It is important for us:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position
• Deep understanding of key marketing metrics (CPA/SOI/ROI etc.)
• Experience with affiliate programs and traffic tracking tools (Affise/Cake/Voluum/Binom)
• Experience with analytical tools (Tableau/Power BI etc.)
• Strong communication skills

• Focus on goal achievement and ambition
• Ability to concentrate and set priorities at work
• English level not lower than Upper-Intermediate

Will be a plus:

• Experience in the Social Discovery niche
• Understanding of the affiliate and digital marketing market as a whole
• Understanding of types traffic and their specifics (push/native/email/social etc.)
