We, Miloan , a leading company in the field of non-bank online lending, are looking for an energetic and motivated specialist to join our team in the role of Affiliate manager. You will be responsible for the growth of the affiliate marketing channel in the company and communication with partners, with the goal of increasing traffic volumes for business development.

Responsibilities:

• communication with current partners and search for new partners
• analysis of marketing indicators to adjust work with by partners
• working with documents - concluding new contracts, signing monthly documents for settlements with partners
• conducting monthly reconciliations with partners
• preparing reports for partners based on internal data
• record keeping of lead generation and data analysis in our own CRM system

Requirements:

• preferably, but not necessarily, work experience in the position of an affiliate manager
• higher education (we also consider students of the last years of the university)
• basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• good communication skills skills, attention to details and systematicity
• if there is experience in related marketing professions, it is great - smm manager, targetologist, etc.

• hybrid work schedule (3 days from the office, 2 days remotely). But during the trial period, the schedule is standard 5/2 from the office
