Energame is a management consultancy and an investment advisory firm specialized in online entertainment.

We manage the development and growth of a diverse range of clients within the iGaming sector, encompassing areas of sports betting, gambling, cybersport, fantasy sports, IT platform solutions, and content production worldwide.

We are looking for a talented Affiliate Manager to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Identify potential affiliates and establish strong, long-lasting relationships;
• Manage and nurture existing affiliate partnerships to ensure mutual growth and success;
• Provide timely and effective support to affiliates through various communication channels. Address affiliate inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all affiliates;
• Prepare regular performance reports to track affiliate activities and program success;
• Identify trends, analyze data and provide recommendations for program improvements.

Essential professional experience:

• Familiarity with gambling industry and a good grasp of affiliate marketing principles;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships;
• Problem-solving skills, ability to analyze performance data;
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to work.
