Job Summary:
As an Affiliate Manager, you will coordinate all aspects of affiliate programs, seek to identify growth opportunities, maintain relationships with affiliates, create budgets, conduct tests to optimize affiliate sales, train staff to manage affiliate programs and organize promotional events.

Responsibilities:

• Searching for and attracting new partners (affiliates), supporting and developing existing partner relationships.
• Working with partners to create and optimize content to improve its visibility in search engines.
• Monitoring and analyzing ongoing advertising campaigns conducted by webmasters.
• Developing and implementing new strategies and approaches in collaboration with webmasters.
• Providing recommendations for optimizing and improving strategy based on analytical data.

Requirements:

• Understanding affiliate marketing best practices and strategies to drive performance and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of key marketing metrics and KPIs.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in iGaming products.
