Our task is to produce a budget of at least $200,000. We are most interested in your growth and development. From the first month, we offer you a guaranteed rate of $1,300 (based on the results of the interview). Plus you will have a bonus in the amount of $2,000-$2,500. In total, you will earn from $2,000+ in the first month of work with us, and in the second month, depending on your budget and results, we will prescribe your KPI together with you. What results we expect from you: — You will find new partners among webmasters and CPA networks, most of which will be American and Western European; — Your main task is to increase the volume of purchase of targeted traffic; —Analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns; —Constantly monitor the work of all involved partners and improve post-conversion indicators, because you know exactly which source of traffic is worth spending the most of your resources on; — Test new traffic sources; —Your task will be to systematize all elements of your work in order to scale and bring as much traffic as possible. What skills are important to us now: — You have successful experience scaling affiliate traffic outside of mainstream dating and direct contact with webmasters or network managers; —You have a pool of partners who can pour large volumes of traffic: own review sites, Google Ads, Facebook ads, SEO, Email; —Experience of working with CPL, CPC models; —Level of spoken and written English: no less than Upper-Intermediate; — Work experience with Affise, Binom, GA4, GTM; — You have experience working in the product, or you have been looking for and developed partners in SRA networks; — Worked with budgets from $100,000 per month; — You have a clear understanding of how to identify and work with low-quality traffic.
