In the marketing area, we have:

• Expertise in 10+ possible Performance Marketing channels buy: Search, Social, Media, Native and more;
• Well established and extensive In-house and Affiliate buying;
• 80+ specialists, in-house MarTech and Marketing Analytics teams, an in-house UI/UX design team that has extensive expertise in creating funnels, generating and implementing ideas that help scale buying across all Performance Marketing channels;

Now we are looking for an Affiliate Manager, who will be responsible for attracting users to the product with the help of CPA partners.

Your future tasks:

• Search, attraction and onboarding of new affiliates and partner networks (webmasters, media buyers, agencies, affiliate networks, etc.);
• Support and development of relations with partners;
• Scaling and bringing partners to the target ROI;
• Analysis of traffic quality, control of key indicators, work with a large number of metrics;
• Development of new growth approaches for traffic scaling;
• Participation in specialized conferences, online and offline events;
• Interaction with other teams in the marketing area to improve the volume and quality of traffic (teams of analytics, technical development and product).
