We are part of the leading performance marketing companyexpla. We are currently looking an ambitious affiliate manager who will help us establish new partnerships. 

What will you do:

• Supporting existing partners, finding ways to increase profits;

• Processing incoming applications, finding new partners (webmasters) and building long-term relationships;

• Negotiations with partners and internal Business Development team to find win-win solutions;

• Making decisions based on marketing analytics on partner traffic;

• Regular trips to thematic conferences in Europe and Asia;

From you:

• Strong communication skills;

• Structurality and logical thinking;

• Good analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions;

• Willingness to take responsibility and meet deadlines;

• The ability to find a way out of difficult situations and not give up;

• Independence in decision-making.

• English - Upper-Intermediate and above.

• Experience in digital marketing from 1 yearOR work experience in sales/analytics in leading Ukrainian or international companies (sales, finance, audit, consulting, logistics, finance, etc.);
