Affiliate Business Development Manager in Growe

Growe is looking for those who want to:- Identify and attract new affiliate partners to expand our affiliate network;- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates;- Enter into affiliate agreements with affiliates to ensure mutually beneficial conditions;- Participate in affiliate marketing activities online/ offline;- Be aware of industry norms and compliance standards related to affiliate marketing;- Conduct various marketing activities to promote affiliate programs;- Initiate new campaign ideas including program incentives and bonuses;- Work closely with marketing and affiliate team , to align affiliate marketing strategies with overall business goals. We need your professional experience:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate business development or a related role in the betting and gambling industry;- Vast experience in attending events (conferences and meetings);- Having local effective community relations with affiliates and relations with market leaders, media, event organizers and major platforms;- Basic knowledge of traffic sources, payment models (Revenue Share/Hybrid/CPA) and traffic KPI analysis methods (ROI/ eCPA/ARPU);- English Upper-Intermidiate+;- Experience with Latin/Asia/African markets will be a plus.
