Our expectations for your experience: From 1.5 years of experience in the positions of Affiliate manager/ Affiliate account manager/Business development manager/Sales Manager in the iGaming/Dating/Crypto niches (Affiliate/CPA/Product companies)Proficiency in English at a level not lower than confident spoken B2 (for communicating with partners and representing the interests of the company at international conferences) Understanding the business model of projects in iGaming or in related niches Understanding the types of monetization in digital affiliate marketing (RevShare, CPA, flat, hybrid) Ability to use iGaming platforms (NetRefer, Affilka, IncomeAccess) or other related platforms Ability to work with a large amount of information, systematize, analyze data and process it in Google Spreadsheets Experience with Jira Will be a plus: Experience with SEO traffic, understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools (Ahrefs/Semrush/Serpstat) Experience with Keitaro Basics Tasks of the position: Supporting existing partners (advertisers) and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with the company's service Processing incoming requests from potential company partners and their onboarding Analysis of the performance results of partner brands on the company's websites Selling the company's marketing services to partners Market research to identify potential partners and obtain new expertise Support Finance & Legal , Marketing teams working with company partners Creation and updating of documentation on affiliate processes Several reasons to join our team: We offer a flexible schedule Format: office (hybrid), remote Competitive remuneration fixed in currency with the possibility of annual review 💵We care about work-life balance and offer 🏝 18 working days of paid vacation, as well as an additional 5 days off and Birthday day off, 5 sick leaves (without certificates and sick leaves) Rest and study with us: team building, useful workshops and seminars, reading club, football party ⚽️, games a room with ping pong and many other interesting things.
