Affiliate and Partnerships Manager in EXMO

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Affiliate and Partnerships Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our global reach by fostering affiliate network growth and spearheading impactful marketing strategies, with a primary emphasis on the LATAM market.
 

What will you need to do:

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing acquisition strategy that sets us apart
• Collaborate with influencers to enhance brand visibility and attract new users
• Achieve KPIs in user acquisition, mastering the art of maximizing FTDs and optimizing cost per FTD
• Analyze the efficiency of acquisition channels and make necessary adjustments
• Cultivate relationships with partners and establish new partnerships
• Manage various affiliate offers, including CPA, revenue share, and hybrid models
   

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in user acquisition for crypto, FX brokers, or betting companies
• Experience working with influencers, negotiating terms with them, delivering high quality integrations
• Proven track record of FTD users acquisition with positive unit economy
• Experience with apps promotion
• Experience with ApsflyerExtensive network of affiliate and partnership connections, particularly in the LATAM region is an advantage
• Fluency in English (upper intermediate)
