About the role Weare looking for anAffiliate &Partnership Manager that shares our ambition togrow fast and has aclear understanding and plan how toapproach this from anaffiliate marketing perspective. The perfect candidate has aproven track record inthe CPA market and isexperienced with scaling and growing partnerships internationally. Research and analyze which partners potentially could add the most value, reach out tothem and try toget them onboard. You will build and maintain strong relationships with our international affiliate partners. Requirements: 1+year successful experience increating and developing network ofpartners— isamust. Good understanding ofthe CPA market, technologies and Affiliate tools— isamust. Strong analytical skills and adata-centric approach. You know how tolookat (affiliates) data and interpret numbers, toimprove results. Effective communication &presentation skills tospeak through results ofmarketing campaigns. Ability tocoordinate multiple projects with competing deadlines and maintain attention todetail. Ability towork well inacollaborative team atmosphere. Good understanding ofmobile attribution models. High level ofEnglish, both verbal &written. Responsibilities: Active search for new partners and initiate new traffic partnerships (acquisition), integration with them. Conducting strong business relations with branches, CPA networks. Run and test affiliate marketing campaigns with partners. Track, analyze and optimize the performance ofaffiliate campaigns. Monitoring daily performance ofthe Affiliates portfolio, such asthe source oftraffic &traffic quality toincrease ROI and reach monthly KPIs. Make forecasts and report onresults.
