KEY TASKS

• Providing expert recommendations on development and implementation of social strategies and programs that contribute to the improvement of the well-being of communities.
• Assessment of social needs of the community in order to determine key directions for the development of social programs and initiatives.
• Development and implementation of social programs , pleasure-oriented identified needs.
• Monitoring and evaluating the results of implemented programs, analyzing their effectiveness and providing recommendations for further improvement.
• Supporting community initiatives in the implementation of social projects, focusing on improving social welfare, development infrastructure and services for vulnerable segments of the population.
• Providing support in the implementation of supported living services in communities, which helps to provide people in need of special social support with a stable life environment.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education in social sciences, psychology, social work or related fields.
• Knowledge and experience working with communities, understanding social needs and problems at the local level.

• Skills in monitoring, evaluating and analyzing the effectiveness of programs.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
• Communication and negotiation skills with various stakeholders.
• High level of organizational and analytical abilities.
