BF "Right to Defense" (Foundation) is a leading human rights organization that comprehensively works to solve the problems of forced displacement and migration, their causes and consequences. Our activity is aimed at protecting the rights of refugees, forced migrants, stateless persons and socially vulnerable population groups.
The Foundation is an executive partner of the UNHCR and carries out programs of providing direct legal, humanitarian and psychological assistance in 20 regions of Ukraine, promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights, and also contributes to strengthening the capacities of state bodies of Ukraine to overcome the consequences of migration.

Evaluate the extent to which the proposed policies, services, programs and communications correspond to the declared value propositions.
Give recommendations for adjusting policies, services and communications based on data, user feedback and international practices.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Experience 5+ years in marketing, public policy, strategic communications, product/service design or researchaudiences, preferably with a focus on migration, diaspora or social policy.
Experience in an advisory, expert or analytical role (advisor, expert, consultant, policy analyst, etc.).
Deep understanding of user?centric approaches: user research, value proposition design, fundamentals of design?thinking or service?design.
Basic understanding of migration and diaspora topics.
Strong analytical and communication skills: ability to structure insights, prepare short, convincing recommendations for management and various stakeholders.
Fluent Ukrainian language, high level of English. WE OFFER
