Necessary skills and qualifications:
 

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing 

- Experience in the IT industry (experience working in digital agencies with IT companies is considered relevant)

- Expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads

- Strong analytical skills: the ability to analyze data and key performance indicators, interpret them, draw conclusions, and translate them into action plan

- Experience working with Google Ads and analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, Google AdWords, Ahrefs, Clarity)
- Basic knowledge of SEO

- Proven successful experience in lead generation via digital advertisement

- Expertise in managing budgets based on targets and objectives 

- Intermediate or higher English level
