We are currently looking for an Office 365 Administrator for the team

Job functions:

• connection, configuration and support of Teams Rooms devices
• connection, configuration and support of video conferencing devices Cisco, TANDBERG
• organization and technical support of Live Event, Stream, Webinars
• support of users with MS Teams
• user support for organizing Webinars and Live broadcasts based on MS Teams
• diagnostics and troubleshooting
• development of operational documentation and instructions
• interaction with Microsoft support
• preparation of technical requirements for conference rooms and verification of project documentation
• technical organization of field events involving video conferencing equipment
• Implementation and promotion of the practice of effective use of Teams in the company.

Necessary professional experience and requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience
• understanding of technologies, protocols: Ethernet, VLAN, ARP , IPv4, UDP, TCP, RTP, DHCP
• Basic understanding of the principles of O365 cloud services
• Experience working with cloud solutions for unified communications: Cisco Webex or Microsoft Teams
• Experience in connecting and configuring video conferencing systems Cisco\Tandberg\Polycom\Logitech or similar
• Experience of organizing and technical support of Live Event, Stream, Webinars

Would be a plus:

• Availability of Microsoft MS-certification900 or MS-700 or MS-721
• Experience in video editing or video production
• Experience with multimedia equipment
• Experience of working with vMIX, OBS or similar software
• Experience of technical organization of events of increased complexity with involving simultaneous translation
