connection, configuration and support of Cisco, TANDBERG video conferencing devices

organization and technical support of Live Events, Streams, Webinars

support of users from work drives MS Teams

user support for the organization of Webinars and Live broadcasts based on MS Teams

diagnostics and problem solving

development of operational documentation and instructions

interaction with the Microsoft support service

preparation of technical requirements for conference rooms and review of project documentation

technical organization of field events involving video conferencing equipment

Implementation and promoting the development of the practice of effective use of Teams in the company.

Necessary professional experience and requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience
• understanding of technologies, protocols: Ethernet, VLAN, ARP, IPv4, UDP, TCP, RTP, DHCP
• Basic understanding of the principles of operation of O365 cloud services
• Experience of working with cloud solutions for unified communications: Cisco Webex or Microsoft Teams
• Experience in connecting and configuring video conference systems Cisco\Tandberg\Polycom\Logitech or similar
• Experience in organizing and technical support of Live Event, Stream, Webinars

Will be a plus:

• Microsoft MS-900 or MS-700 or MS-721 certification
• Experience in the field of video editing or video production
• Experience with multimedia equipment
• Experience with vMIX, OBS or similar software
• Experience in technical organization of events of increased complexity involving simultaneous translation
