We are currently looking for an Office 365 Administrator for the team

Position features:< /p>

• connecting, configuring and supporting Teams Rooms devices
• connecting, configuring and supporting Cisco video conferencing devices, TANDBERG
• organization and technical support of Live Event, Stream, Webinars
• support of users with MS Teams operation
• support of users with organization of Webinars and Live-broadcasts on based on MS Teams
• diagnostics and problem solving
• development of operational documentation and instructions
• interaction with Microsoft support service
• preparation of technical requirements for conference rooms and verification of project documentation
• technical organization of field events involving video conferencing equipment
• Implementation and promotion of the practice of effective use of Teams in the company.

Necessary professional experience and requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience
• understanding of technologies, protocols: Ethernet, VLAN, ARP, IPv4, UDP, TCP, RTP, DHCP
• Basic understanding of the principles of operation of O365 cloud services
• Experience of working with cloud solutions for unified communications: Cisco Webex or Microsoft Teams
• Experience of connecting and configuring Cisco\Tandberg\Polycom\Logitech video conferencing systems or similar
• Experience of organization and technical support of Live Event, Stream, Webinars

Would be a plus:

• Availability of Microsoft MS-900 or MS-700 or MS-721 certification
• Experience in video editing or video production
• Experience with multimedia equipment< /li>
• Experience of working with vMIX, OBS or similar software
• Experience of technical organization of events of increased complexity involving simultaneous translation
