Your functional responsibilities:

• Control over the fulfillment of service standards by sellers of goods in the sales hall;
• Customer consultation: assortment, size range, brand history and features of the current season collection, availability of necessary models in stock;
• Customer service (fitting, product packaging). Work with regular customers: informing about new arrivals, special promotions, new openings;
• Participation in inventory, work in 1C;
• Conducting cash operations and maintaining cash discipline;
• Performing the duties of a store manager during his absence.
