About the fund:
The Charity Fund "Children of the New Generation" is a Ukrainian charitable organization that works to strengthen the protection and support of children and families affected by the consequences of war. The fund provides evacuation support, the operation of shelters, the provision of psychosocial services, humanitarian aid, and also implements programs for the stabilization and development of communities. In partnership with AICS and Helpcode Italia E.T.S. we implement a project aimed at strengthening the protection of children's rights, improving the response system and expanding access to quality psychological, social and evacuation support. Within the framework of this project, we are looking for a coordinator of the Center for reception of families with children.

Main duties:

• Organization and coordination of the daily work of the Center;

• Reception of evacuated families, including those with small children;

• Interaction with evacuation teams, social workers, psychologists and partners;

• Provide primary support for families (registration, orientation, referral to services);

• Control of compliance with child protection standards and safe space principles;

• Internal reporting and communication with the project coordinator;

• Response to crisis and non-standard situations within Center.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience of working in social, humanitarian or crisis projects from 1 year;

• Experience in coordinating teams or processes will be an advantage;

• Understanding the principles of child protection and work with vulnerable groups;

• High organizational and communication skills;

• Resistance to stress and the ability to make decisions in difficult conditions;

• Basic skills of working with documentation and reporting;

• Knowledge of the Ukrainian language (knowledge of English will be an advantage).
