The ROKADA Charitable Foundation announces a competition to fill a vacancy - Administrator of the Sustainability Hub
The Sustainability Hub is a space for community learning, development and joint work. We conduct courses, trainings and social events, and we need a person who will make sure that everything works like clockwork.
What to do:
Plan and control the daily work of the Hub: opening/closing the room, maintaining order, coordinating with trainers and partners.
Maintain technical equipment and space: computers, projectors, internet, furniture, lighting.
Prepare space and materials for events: handouts, coffee breaks, setting up equipment.
Maintain document flow and statistics: attendance log, resource accounting, feedback collection from participants.
Communicate with manager, facilitators, volunteers and visitors: provide basic information and inform about problems.
What we expect:
Organization and attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
Communication and desire to work with people.
Basic skills in working with office equipment and keeping documentation.
