Ukrainian charity foundation "Voices of Children" announces a competition for the post of Administrator of the regional center in the city of Poltava.

The charity foundation "Voices of Children" is a Ukrainian the fund, which grew out of a volunteer initiative in 2015 in the East of Ukraine. Our mission is to inspire and support children, create conditions for children's voices to be heard, and support their resilience in the face of war. The Foundation implements its mission and aims to become an effective, sustainable and recognizable institution in the field of child support.

Requirements:

• Experience in keeping administrative and accounting documentation; 

• Skills of resource and inventory accounting; 

• Experience in organizing and coordinating processes; 

• Skills of communication and interaction with people; 

• Skills in using online tools for work (Google Workspace, messengers). 

Duties:

• Registration of visitors, calling customers; 

• Preparation of the premises for classes; 

• Keeping a small record of materials; 

• Maintenance of the document archive (with the participation of all specialists); 

• Helping psychologists during group classes; 

• Maintaining order and household processes; 

• Communication with visitors on site; 

 

• Conducting an inventory.
